6.25″ Target Gender Reveal
We decided to entrust our gender reveal with Poof There It Is on Etsy after seeing their crazy good ratings and reviews! They have 5 stars and over 3k reviews (for a good reason). All of their products are hand-made and are of the best quality. They are a family business and treat their customers with so much respect and kindness, it makes sense why they are reviewed so highly.
We chose to do a target gender reveal with my husband’s family because they are big hunters and we thought it would be fun to celebrate our second baby! We chose to do a baseball reveal with my family because they are big baseball fans. 🙂 You can check out that review as well but I was equally impressed with this reveal as I was with the baseball reveal. It just shows the consistency of great products produced by their company .
You can choose between a 4 inch or 6.25 inch target. We went with the larger one so it would show up better in pictures. 🙂 The 6.25 inch one is $24.95 on Etsy and you can get your’s here!
I was really impressed with how the target looked. It was completely covered and you coulnd’t see through to see the color. It was painted to look exactly like a target. The paint helps as well against the reveal from shattering if dropped on the ground.
The shipping was crazy fast. They shipped it within hours of me ordering and I received it within 2 days!
The poof was amazing! We got one of each because we weren’t sure of the gender when we placed our order. The powder really stuck around so everyone could see if baby was a boy or a girl and made for some really neat pictures! 🙂 Our family was blown away by this reveal and thought it was a blast (pun intended!!)
I love that they have an option for a secret target as well. All you have to do is have your doctor email them the gender so they can set your reveal up for you. 🙂
The only downside we saw was that it took a little while to set up. We didn’t want our’s to be low to the ground. We wanted everyone to see and not worry about damaging anything in the yard. What we did was tied a washer to the end of some fishing wire and through it over a tree branch. We then took the washer off and put it through the loop attached to the target. It wasn’t horrible but it probably took about 15 minutes for the guys to figure out how to get it hung the way they wanted.
The powder is 100% safe, non-toxic, and even safe for foods. So no need to worry there! 🙂
We were super impressed with both of our reveals and will definitely be in touch with them for our next baby reveal! We are so excited to announce we are having a BOY!
