DockATot Grand Cover by Little Moose by Liza

If any of you know me, you know we love our DockATot Grand. Like, it was a total gift from Heaven. Update on that: our daughter sleeps through the night in it finally. LOVEEEE IT.

Any of you will know that sheets get dirty fast. Especially with a baby. You’ve got sweat, sometimes tears, leftover food, spit up, etc… The list goes on and on. It was time I started looking into buying another sheet for our DockATot because there was no way I was going to try to get my daughter to sleep without it so it could be washed and dried.

I looked on the DockATot website and they do have some option for covers. But I ultimately decided to go with a sheet from Little Moose by Liza on Etsy because of the many beautiful and unique prints!

As many of you know (and can relate), I love to support small business so I was excited to see a small shop that made just what I was looking for! It’s a handmade sheet so I know every detail has been carefully looked at. From the ribbon that ties at the end of the dock to the handles and zippers on the dock, it was all carefully made and made by a small business. LOVE!

I want to also give a huge shoutout to their customer service. LIKE HOLY COW. They were amazing. I didn’t think to let them know it was for a DockATot Grand instead of a Deluxe but they happily replaced it and did so quickly (keep in mind these are handmade items and they may or may not have materials on hand). Liza took care of me immediately. I was sent tracking both times and was completely informed throughout the entire process. The shipping was fast and super reasonable!

The beauty of these sheets is unlike any others that I have seen on the market. I chose a floral pattern that really ties our woodland theme together in her nursery. There are SO many different fabrics you could choose though. There are over 40 different fabric options listed in her shop and you can even CUSTOM order a cover if you want! 🙂

The prices are higher BUT so are DockATot’s and there are significantly more choices (althought I will say DockATot totally just upped their game in that realm with the new Laura Ashley collection!) DockATot’s website right now has most covers listed for $75 and up for a Deluxe and $110 and up for the Grand. For Little Moose it is comparable: $74 for a Deluxe and $125 for a Grand.

The fit is perfect. I love the unique design of the ribbon at the bottom as opposed to the buckle. It’s important to note it must be untied when baby is inside of it.

Just like DockATot’s version, it comes with a handle on the side and top. It puts together the exact same way. It does continue to hold it’s same shape.
