Mom Needs Caffeine- 10th Avenue Tea makes it EASY!

I hadn’t heard of 10th Avenue Tea until recently and am so glad I got to test out one of their teas and experience it for myself! IT’S AMAZING! πŸ™‚ And I am not typically a tea drinker. πŸ˜›

I learned a lot of things about Matcha Tea Powder that I hadn’t known before and it’s pretty cool. There are a lot of health benefits that come with it like: reduced mortality from cardiovascular diseases, reduced cholesterol levels, enhances memory-huge for us mamas- ;). It’s also known for it’s calming and relaxing effects as well as enhancing your mood. There are no fillers, preservatives or sweeteners. It even has 10 times the antioxidants of regular green tea.

I told you, I learned a lot! πŸ˜‰ As much as I love my coffee, this tea is definitely on it’s way to taking it’s place.

10th Avenue Tea made making tea so easy. I think a lot of the reason why I don’t make tea is because it typically takes a lot of work. Then I start it and forget that I did. Mom life is hard and I am glad this helps make keeping mama caffeinated a lot easier. With being 35 weeks pregnant (soon to have a newborn!!!) and chasing a toddler, we all know I could use a little caffeine here and there!

I prefer iced DSC_0856tea in general and couldn’t believe how easy it is to make! I normally have to brew hot water and make tea, then add a crazy amount of ice and wait for it to cool down and then add more ice! Not anymore! With their tea, all I do is twist the cap and put 4-6 shakes into my cup, and add my water/ice and drink it. Talk about easy and mom-friendly πŸ™‚ I can even do this one-handed. Just saying. That’s pretty important haha!

As for making it hot: 4-6 shakes, add hot water, and enjoy. No waiting for your tea bag to steep!

They even make caps you can put on so it doesn’t spill in your purse or diaper bag so you can take this on-the-go! Talk about handy.

For the price, it can’t be beat. You get about 45 servings for just $10.99 and when you’re finished, the bottle can be recycled. This is great when you think about how tea normally is packaged: in individual wrappers. They actually take 200-400 years to break down in a landfill!!! That’s crazy!

Besides all of these really neat things about the tea, the taste is awesome. I tried the Chai Tea Matcha and loved it. It was just sweet enough without being too sweet. With being pregnant, I have to watch my caffeine levels so this isn’t bad at all. It has 17 mg/8oz. Not too much but just enough caffeine to get me through πŸ™‚

I liked mine plain but they even have different recipes you can try. I look forward to buying some more flavors and giving these recipes a shot!! I had no idea there were so many different ways to use it. πŸ™‚ Here’s a link to the different recipes on their site: https://10thavenuetea.com/recipes/
